The T-30 Intelli-Flow™ features a thermally activated valve that automatically drains hot barrier fluid only when necessary to keep the seal running cool and reliably. With Intelli-Flow over 90% water savings are achievable compared to traditional open dual seal water supply systems found commonly in industry.

Easy to Install

The T-30 Intelli-Flow is specifically designed to work with Chesterton’s dual mechanical seals and plugs straight into the drainport of the seal. The output of the T-30 Intelli-Flow is directed to drain. The flushwater supply simply connects to the inlet of the seal and the system is ready to start. There are no additional external hoses to be connected or modifications to the seal required to make the T-30 Intelli-Flow system work. Existing seal installations can therefore be easily upgraded to the Intelli-Flow system. The T-30 Intelli-Flow offers 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 Inch NPT fittings to connect to your dual mechanical seals.

Easy to Maintain

The T-30 Intelli-Flow is a maintenance free system that requires no additional adjustment or monitoring.  An optional flush housing is available to clean the unit in place in the event of contamination.

100% Mechanical Operation

The T-30 Intelli-Flow is a 100% mechanical device and requires no electricity or wiring.
