Chesterton’s Streamline Double Cassette Seal

Reusable End Plate holds the inner sealing Cassette. Pop in a new Cassette for fast, easy. low cost re-sealing.

Replaceable Inner Sealing Cassette holds all the wearing parts in a simple to stock, easy to install package. Provides lower cost re-sealing, competitive within rebuilds, but with the reliability of new components.

Hydraulically Balanced Faces for low friction, reliable performance. O’ring mounted for better perpendicular alignment and isolation from shaft vibration.

Flush/Barrier Ports are tapped in the reusable End Plate, for optimum control of the sealing environment. In the Double Seal, a barrier fluid in and out ports are used to deliver circulating clean fluid to the faces.

Springs are isolated from process fluid and any potential contaminants that could create hang up.

Single Screw Lock Ring makes installation fast, easy ans secure. Works in conjunction with the internal self-aligning features to provide precise positioning and concentricity for reliable performance.
