Chesterton’s Style 455 is a general purpose sheet gasketing material which offfers good sealability and chemical resistance. 455’s construction incorporates a synthetic fiber and a nitrile binder.

This material can be used against water, salt solutions, organic alkali aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ester, oils and gases up to 575°F (300°C).
