Chesterton’s ARC PYRO S6 is a sprayable composite for high-temperature environments. With proper post curing, ARC PYRO S6 can withstand dry service environments up to 260° C (500° F).

Typical applications include chimneys, exhaust gas ductwork, electrostatic precipitators, and baghouses. ARC PYRO S6 is ideal for applications involving elevated temperature exposure to corrosive vapors. ARC PYRO S6 is chosen over other ARC Composites when corrosion protection at elevated temperatures is required.

• Applied at a nominal total film thickness of 250 microns (10 mils)
• May be applied by brush, roller, or spray equipment after solvent dilution
• Color: Dark Red - Color will darken with high temperature exposure
