Chesterton’s ARC FCS601 is a highly chemically resistant vinyl ester based composite coating to protect concrete from damage by severe chemical and physical abuse. It protects against chemical attack from highly aggressive substances including concentrated acids, alkalies and a wide variety of organic solvents. ARC FCS601s multi-coat process seals the surface to prevent chemical attack of the susbstrate.

ARC FCS601 is generally used to upgrade concrete surfaces where less chemically resistant epoxy based coatings may have failed. ARC FCS601 is chosen over most other ARC Composites for Concrete products due its superior chemical resistance.
