Chesterton’s ARC FCS100 is a one component moisture cured urethane primer which helps lock-in moisture within the concrete. It is used with the ARC FCS600 Systems. The moisture without the use of FCS 100 may reduce the bond strength of the ARC FCS600 topcoat series.
