ARC BX1 is a contractor grade ceramic composite for repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to severe erosion, corrosion and chemical attack.

ARC BX1 is formulated for extremely abrasive environments where metal loss is often repaired by more costly weld overlays. It will rebuild eroded metal surfacs, provides a wear resistant surface which outperforms original metal, weld overlays, rubber liners or ceramic tiles.

Typical applications include fly ash separators, hoppers/chutes, hydro pulpers, Ni-hard slurry pumps, pneumatic conveyors, turbo separators, cyclones, pulverizers, wear plates, pipe elbows, pulverized fuel lines, screw conveyors, etc.
