Chesterton’s ARC FLX-D is a urethane based, beaded-ceramic composite for areas subjected to severe impact in abrasive environments.

Ideal for applications where ceramic tiles or rubber liners are traditionally used for repair. Applications include chutes, hoppers, slurry pumps, dry particle abrasion, and wear plates.

It can be used to provide a wear resistant surface, which frequently outperforms the original metal, weld overlay, rubber liners or ceramic tiles. For applications involving more severe sliding abrasion use epoxy based composures such as 897, 890 or MX1.
