Chesterton’s ARC 797 is a 100% solids low viscosity, hydrophobic epoxy primer formulated to penetrate concrete and improve adhesion of ARC 791/988 and FCS304 high build epoxy based over-layments and FCS 301 epoxy based grout.  Choose this system when concrete is damp.
