DIP Process
DIP Process Process: Stock improvement focuses on the removal of enough contaminants so that the secondary fiber is suitable to make finished paper. The major process steps after repulping may be screening, cleaning, washing, bleaching, dispersion and deinking. Even with tight quality control of incoming waste paper, contaminants cannot be totally avoided and must be dealt with in the process. All non-paper material is a contaminant and needs to be removed.
