Mission Statement
The Global Training Center will support the Chesterton Mission and Business Strategies through the development of Chesterton employees and representatives. This development will provide measurable value exceeding expectations of customers and all points within sales and distribution channels. The measurable value will be accomplished through structured development of courses that will cover all areas affecting our customers as identified through analysis and performance based metrics. We will Train, Educate and Develop our employees and representatives to provide customer satisfaction to such degree that our competition will be unable to imitate or match. In Training, we will provide the necessary tools, background information and support for our employees and representatives to assure success for both our customers, employees, and representatives.
