Now, more than ever, Global Training is assuming its strategic role in satisfying the training needs of Chesterton employees, business partners and customers. Trainees are enjoying more accessibility, a greater variety of programs and will see the continued expansion and development of training programs, content delivery methods and training facilities. Working closely with other Chesterton functions and divisions, we can now serve up the very best subject matter experts to design and deliver content. Our training courses are continually being updated to reflect the fast changing needs of our students using state-of-the-art training methods and technologies.
Our training programs range from technical content to business skills which includes Mechanical Seals, Mechanical Packing, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Gaskets, Live Loading and composite coatings. Global Training also frequently schedules Customer Training Programs which can all be customized to your specific training needs and learning objectives. This training can be Instructor-Led and/or On-Line. Wherever possible, a blended-learning approach is applied. We work with you personally to develop the courses you require. Mission Statement
The Global Training Organization will support the Chesterton Company’s Strategic objectives and goals through the training and development of Chesterton employees and representatives. We will also provide training to our external customers.
We will develop courses and training programs in accordance with recognized principles of the training industry. Our instructors will acquire appropriate training credentials from approved train the trainer organizations.
