I BX1

Impact & Wear Resistant Epoxy Composite

I BX1 is a urethane modified amine cured epoxy composite cladding highly reinforced with ceramic beads and flakes for resistance to severe sliding abrasion where impact forces or rapid vibration is a concern.  The cured system resists immersion in a wide range of chemical exposures and can be put into immersion services as high as 95C (200F).  It is a high build system able to be applied in a single non-slumping coat as high as 6 mm (.25”) in a single pass.
